I‘m Trish McMillen, one half of the husband and wife photography team known as Studio ATG here in Las
Vegas, Nevada. My husband Jared and I have been photographers for over 10 years each and I’ve also worked in graphic design for about the same amount of time.
We also own a second business known as ATG Creative that offers creative and unique branding solutions through marketing strategy,business consulting, graphic & web design.
We decided to offer this brass tacks instructionalDVD to photographers because we found that during our busy seasons, designing albums in Adobe Photoshop® was simply a bit too time consuming. And, as I was using Adobe InDesign® for all of my graphic design work, it seemed like a no brainer that we should be using it to design our albums.
By simply changing our design application, we crafted a more efficient workflow system and found that our albums were now being constructed in a mere fraction of the time than they used to. This simple process I had created for our studio in turn resulted in a very positive change as we were now able to design multiple additional spreads in no time at all. And what’s more, our clients are happier than ever as they recieve their finished albums very quickly.
